Make a profile so a referral reaches the right person
A profile is the business contact details a dental office or a hospital care team chooses to give: who to reach, how, and when. It is for offices that send, answer or follow dental evaluation requests. It holds nothing about a patient.
One private link is the key
You get a link, and only that link opens the profile. There are no accounts and no passwords. We keep no way to look the link up, so a lost link cannot be recovered. If you lose it, make a new profile. The old one is removed after a year with no change.
